I've been back to France last October, 16 after 5 weeks in my dreaming place : the Canada. Toronto, the crazy city which never sleep; the little New-York... I spent here the 4 first weeks with my English training. Verry good teachers by the way; training organisation was a little bit worst... But anyway; it was a stunned experience!

Today was the day. The day where I've told to my staff about my project; the day where the boss told me that they are having a reflexion about my replacement when I'll have left the factory. The day where I have allowed to the direction staff that they can communicate about the fact that I'm gonna concentrate myself on my project and in a close futur leave the company.
This strange feeling : "Am I taking the good decision"? I'm scarred I have to confess. The project is becomming reality which is terribly exciting but also terribly scarrying!
